2. Refund Process

Refund processing takes 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the return is not due to an error by Aswag.net (e.g., change of mind or wrong size).
If the error is on our part, Aswag.net will cover all shipping and return costs.
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent to the address provided by our support team.
4. Non-Returnable Items
